Bottle Rocket poster
From Wes Anderson‘s directorial debut comes a brilliant movie, Bottle Rocket. The film takes place in Texas where three young adults (played by Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson and Robert Musgrave) decide to escape their boring suburban life and start living an exciting one of crime and luxury. What they don‘t realize; however, is that they don't have the slightest idea how they‘re going to do it. Their hilarious carelessness and lack of direction makes for good times, love and awkwardly comedic friendship betrayal. Bottle Rocket succeeds in capturing something that most films can‘t even begin to comprehend: a good dose of the passively boring, awkward humor in life.
